Lechner Racing is a racing team based in Austria . It is also known as the Lechner Racing School and aims to discover talented drivers. Lechner Racing currently competes in the Porsche Supercup and the German Formula 4 Championship .

Lechner Racing entered the Interseries in the 1990s and developed their own car together with Reynard Motorsport : the Lechner Spyder SC91 . Since then, they have been active in the Porsche Supercup series since 2003 . In 2005 they won the driver and team classification through Alessandro Zampedri . It was her first title. In the years 2010–2012, as well as 2014, they could become champions again.

Drivers like Richard Westbrook , Damien Faulkner , Danny Watts and Patrick Huisman have also ridden for the team over the years. In 2009 the team could not win a race, although Štefan Rosina took third place in the drivers' championship.
