Legal Tribune Online ( LTO ) is a journalistically designed online magazine on legal topics published by Wolters Kluwer Germany .
history
In April 2010 Legal Tribune Online started a cooperation with Spiegel Online , in which content from both sides was mutually integrated and Spiegel QC took over the advertising marketing of Legal Tribune Online. The cooperation was ended on March 1st, 2012 and businessAD took over the advertising marketing of Legal Tribune Online.
Content
Legal Tribune Online is subdivided into the sections "Right now", "Law firms & companies", "Studies & legal clerkship" and "Job & career". The focus of the reporting is on topics from law , justice and the legal profession . The editorial offer includes current news, background articles and analyzes by legal authors, service topics for legal professions, a legal feature section and a weekday press review on legal topics. There is also a searchable job market for lawyers.

In November 2010, Legal Tribune Online was ranked 16th among the online offers of all member publishers of the Deutsche Fachpresse Association , and in January 2012 18th. In January 2016, Legal Tribune Online ranked 15th among online specialist media. By March 2017, LTO improved to 13th place with over 900,000 page impressions per month.
Award
The association Deutsche Fachpresse honored Legal Tribune Online in 2011 as “Specialist Medium of the Year” in the categories “Law / Economics / Taxes” and “Best Start-Up”. Based on an online survey, the market research institute MetrixLab rated LTO 2016 as the best website of the year in the “Careers & Education” category.
