Leherennus
Leherennus is the name of a Celtic deity who is mentioned on some inscriptions in the French department of Hautes-Pyrénées and there, according to the Interpretatio Romana, is usually equated with Mars .
Leherennus is mentioned on some dedicatory inscriptions, found in the area around Ardiège (Lugdunum Convenarum), which almost all have the same dedication text . Eight of them mention Leherennus in connection with Mars.
Jean-Jacques Hatt cites a hypothesis that Leherennus could be a pre-Celtic deity who was equated with Mars during the Gallo-Roman culture .
