Leichter Leben is a TV series on Swiss television . In the documentary soap , five protagonists try to find a more balanced life in three months. Experts from the fields of exercise, nutrition and mental coaching accompany the candidates on their way. For example, European marathon champion Viktor Röthlin as a movement coach . Other coaches are Nicole Delle Donne (nutrition), Claude Keller (Mentales) and Thomas Mullis. In season 1, Hausi Leutenegger was a prominent participant. In season 2 Monika Kälin and Fritz Künzli were among the protagonists.
