The Leipziger Straße 29 building is a listed residential building in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the west side of Leipziger Strasse in Magdeburg's Leipziger Strasse district . The building, which is also listed, borders on Leipziger Straße 28a to the north . To the south, however, there was Leipziger Strasse 30 , which was demolished in 2015 .
Architecture and history
The five-storey building was built in connection with the surrounding development in 1903 by the building contractor Reinhold Waldt, who was also the owner. The nine-axis facade with stucco in Art Nouveau style decorated, with the original design of the ground floor facade is not obtained. A side house and a rear house also belong to the property.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed under registration number 094 17980 as a monument .
The building is considered to be significant in terms of urban development in the context of the Wilhelminian era , although the buildings adjoining it to the south have not been preserved.
