  • Bernhard Lemling (1904–1961), choirmaster and conductor of many associations and one of the most famous poets in the Eifel
  • Joseph Lemling (1825–1894), German photographer and pioneer of photographic technology, author of numerous specialist publications on photographic technology and practice
