Leo Wolpert (clergyman)

Leo Wolpert (born November 16, 1884 in Albstadt ; † December 17, 1961 there ) was a German Roman Catholic clergyman and writer .

Live and act

Wolpert was ordained a priest on August 2, 1908 and in 1912 became chief editor of the Würzburg Catholic Sunday Gazette . He held this office until 1941. As a writer, he used the pseudonym "Colonat".
