Buchloe District Court

The Buchloe district court was an older Bavarian district court that existed from 1804 to 1879 and was based in Buchloe in what is now the Ostallgäu district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 . In 1862, the new Kaufbeuren district office was created for the administrative tasks of the districts of Kaufbeuren and Buchloe.

In 1804 the Buchloe district court was established in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . This was subordinated to the Lechkreis and from 1810 to the Illerkreis .

Speaking at the launch of the Judicature Act which was on October 1, 1879 District Court Buchloe formed, whose district was identical to the previous District Court Buchloe and the communities Asch , Aufkirch , Blonhofen , Bronnen , Buchloe, Denklingen , Dien Hausen , Dillishausen , Dornstetten , Ellighofen , Emmen Hausen , Eurishofen , Frankenhofen , Großkitzighofen , Honsolgen , Jengen , Kleinkitzighofen , Lamerdingen , Leeder , Lengenfeld , Lindenberg , Oberdießen , Oberostendorf , Seestall , Ummenhofen , Unterdießen , Unterostendorf , Waal and Waalhaupten .
