Buchloe District Court

The Buchloe District Court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1973 and was based in Buchloe .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Judicial Constitution Act, a district court was formed in Buchloe on October 1, 1879, the district of which was identical to the previous district court district of Buchloe and thus the communities of Asch , Aufkirch , Blonhofen , Bronnen , Buchloe, Denklingen , Dienhausen , Dillishausen , Dornstetten , Ellighofen , Emmenhausen , Eurishofen , Frankenhofen , Großkitzighofen , Honsolgen , Jengen , Kleinkitzighofen , Lamerdingen , Leeder , Lengenfeld , Lindenberg , Oberdießen , Oberostendorf , Seestall , Ummenhofen , Unterdießen , Unterostendorf , Waal and Waalhaupten . The higher authority was the Memmingen Regional Court .

When the Law on the Organization of Ordinary Courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) came into force on July 1, 1973, the Buchloe District Court was repealed and its district was divided as follows:
