District Court of Türkheim

The District Court of Türkheim was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1970 and was based in Türkheim .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Markt Türkheim, the district of which, with the exception of two municipalities assigned to the Kaufbeuren district court and five municipalities assigned to the Schwabmünchen district court , coincided with the district of the Türkheim regional court and consequently the villages of Amberg , Anhofen , Derndorf , Eppishausen , Ettringen , Haselbach , Immelstetten , Irsingen , Kirchheim in Schwaben , Könghausen , Mattsies , Mörgen , Oberneufnach , Oberrammingen , Siebnach , Spöck , Stockheim , Traunried , Türkheim, Tussenhausen , Unterrammingen , Markt Wald , Wiederofengeltingen , Bad Wörishofen and Zaisert included . The next higher instance was the Memmingen Regional Court .

With effect from January 1, 1970, the district court of Türkheim was repealed, the district of which has now been assigned to the district court of Mindelheim .
