District Court Krumbach (Swabia)
The District Court of Krumbach (Swabia) was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1973 and was based in Krumbach (Swabia) .
history
On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Krumbach, whose district consists of
- the municipalities Aichen , Aletshausen , Attenhausen , Balzhausen , Bayersried , Behlingen , Billenhausen , Burg , Deisenhausen , Edelstetten , Edenhausen , Hagenried , Hairenbuch , Haupeltshofen , Hohenraunau , Hürben , Krumbach, Langenhaslach , Lauterbach , Memmenhausen , Mindelzell , Münsterhausen , Muttershofen , Neuburg the Kammel , Niederraunau , Oberbleichen , Obergessertshausen , Oberrohr , Premach , Ried , Schellenbach , Thannhausen , Tiefenried , Unterbleichen , Ursberg , Waltenhausen and Ziemetshausen of the previous Krumbach District Court ,
- the community of Weiler , which until then belonged to the district court district Babenhausen ,
- the communities Hasberg and Winzer, which belonged to the previous regional court district of Mindelheim, and
- the municipalities of Breitenthal , Ebershausen , Ellzee , Hausen , Höselhurst , Nattenhausen , Oberegg , Oberwiesenbach , Seifertshofen , Stoffenried , Unterwiesenbach and Wattenweiler, which had been incorporated into the previous district of Weißenhorn
was formed. The higher authority was the Memmingen Regional Court .
With the abolition of the Babenhausen District Court, the Krumbach District Court district was expanded to include Mohrenhausen , Tafertshofen and Zaiertshofen .
When the Law on the Organization of Ordinary Courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) came into force on July 1, 1973, the Krumbach District Court was repealed and its district was divided as follows:
- The places Hasberg and Tiefenried were added to the district court of Memmingen as part of the Unterallgäu district,
- Mohrenhausen, Tafertshofen and Zaiertshofen came, because they belonged to the district of Neu-Ulm , to the district court of Neu-Ulm and
- the remaining places were assigned to the district court of Günzburg as part of the current district of Günzburg .

The district court was located in the Fronfeste of Krumbach Castle, which was built between 1835 and 1840 .
