District court Neu-Ulm
The Neu-Ulm District Court, as one of 73 district courts in Bavaria, is a court of ordinary jurisdiction .

The district of the Neu-Ulm District Court extends to the Neu-Ulm district .
Courthouse
The district court is divided into two buildings. The main building is at Schützenstrasse 60 in Neu-Ulm . Another building in Neu-Ulm is at Schützenstrasse 17. The former seat in Vöhlin Castle Illertissen , in which a meeting room was temporarily set up, was closed as part of the administrative reform in Bavaria.
Responsibility and duties
The district court is the first instance civil , family and criminal court . The land registry is an institution of voluntary jurisdiction . The register court has been handed over to the Memmingen district court . Twelve bailiffs are assigned to the district court .
Superior courts
The regional court of Memmingen , the Higher Regional Court of Munich and the Federal Court of Justice are superordinate in the instance .
