District court Ottobeuren

The Ottobeuren District Court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1931 and was based in Ottobeuren in Swabia .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Ottobeuren, the district of which was formed from the former district court district of Ottobeuren and the places Arlesried , Attenhausen , Betzisried , Böhen , Daxberg , Dietratried , Egg an der Günz , Engetried , Erkheim , Frechenrieden , Frickenhausen , Gottenau , Günz , Guggenberg , Haitzen , Hawangen , Holzgünz , Lachen , Lannenberg , Lauben , Niederdorf , Ollarzried , Ottobeuren, Markt Rettenbach , Schlegelsberg , Schwaighausen , Sontheim , Ungerhausen , Westerheim , Wineden and Wolfertschwenden . The higher authority was the Memmingen Regional Court .

With effect from March 1, 1931, the Ottobeuren District Court was repealed and its district was merged with the district of the Memmingen District Court .
