Weissenhorn District Court

The Weißenhorn District Court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1970 and was based in the city of Weißenhorn .

With the entry into force of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Weissenhorn, whose district consists of the towns

The next higher instance was the Memmingen Regional Court . On April 1, 1898, the Weißenhorn district court was expanded to include the communities of Berg , Erbishofen , Ettlishofen , Pfaffenhofen an der Roth , Raunertshofen , Roth and Volkertshofen, which had previously belonged to the Neu-Ulm district court .

On January 1, 1970, the Weißenhorn District Court was dissolved and its district assigned to the Neu-Ulm District Court.
