District Court Krumbach

The Krumbach Regional Court was an older Bavarian regional court that existed from 1837 to 1879 and was based in Krumbach in what is now the Günzburg district in Bavaria . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1804, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the Ursberg Regional Court was established. In 1837 the seat of the Ursberg Regional Court was relocated to Krumbach and renamed the Krumbach Regional Court. The Krumbach Regional Court belonged to the Upper Danube District .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Krumbach District Court was established, whose district consists of the communities of Aichen , Aletshausen , Attenhausen , Balzhausen , Bayersried , Behlingen , Billenhausen , Burg , Deisenhausen , Edelstetten , Edenhausen , Hagenried , Hairenbuch , Haupeltshofen , Hohenraunau , Hürben , Krumbach, Langenhaslach , Lauterbach , Memmenhausen , Mindelzell , Münsterhausen , Muttershofen , Neuburg an der Kammel , Niederraunau , Oberbleichen , Obergessertshausen , Oberrohr , Premach , Ried , Schellenbach , Thannhausen , Tiefenried , Unterbleichen , Ursberg , Waltenhausen and Ziemumbachetshausen of the district court and other communities was formed.

The district court was located in the Fronfeste of Krumbach Castle, which was built from 1835 to 1840 .
