District Court of Türkheim

The district court of Türkheim was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1804 to 1879 and was based in Türkheim in what is now the district of Unterallgäu in Bavaria . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1804, the regional court of Türkheim was established in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . This came first to the Lechkreis , from 1810 to the Illerkreis and from 1817 to the Oberdonaukreis , which was renamed Swabia and Neuburg in 1838 (later just Swabia ).

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the district court of Türkheim was established, the district of which, with the exception of two municipalities assigned to the district court of Kaufbeuren and five municipalities assigned to the district court of Schwabmünchen , was congruent with the district of the district court of Türkheim and consequently the villages of Amberg , Anhofen , Derndorf , Eppishausen , Ettringen , Haselbach , Immelstetten , Irsingen , Kirchheim in Swabia , Könghausen , Mattsies , Mörgen , Oberneufnach , Oberrammingen , Siebnach , Spöck , Stockheim , Traunried , Türkheim, Tussenhausen , Unterrammingen , Markt Wald , Wiedergeltingen , Bad Wörishofen and Zaisertshofen .
