Leonor Gnos

Leonor Gnos Leimgruber (born December 23, 1938 in Amsteg-Silenen ) is a Swiss-French writer and poet who taught foreign languages in France .

Life

Leonor Gnos was born in Amsteg-Silenen in 1938 and grew up in Lucerne and Herznach . In Altdorf she attended the commercial vocational school, studied various European languages ​​in England, Greece, Italy and Spain and worked as a correspondent. She received both the teaching diploma in German and the Diplôme Supérieur of the Alliance française ( AKAD Zurich ). From 1988 to 2009 she taught German as a foreign language in Paris . She has lived in Marseille since 2010 .

Gnos published novels , short stories , novels and poems.
