Leopold von Hanxleden zu Eickel (born February 26, 1736 , † after 1790 ) was canon in Münster .

Life

Leopold von Hanxleden zu Eickel came from the Westphalian noble family von Hanxleden and was the son of Adolf Hermann Philipp von Hanxleden zu Eickel and his wife Maria Josepha Franciska von Korff zum Sassenberg. In 1760 he was awarded by the renunciation of his uncle Hermann Caspar a Münstersche Dompräbende . He was called up here on March 22nd of that year . In 1771 he renounced in favor of canon Johann Friedrich Hoensbrock . He married Maria Aloisia Johanna von der Recke zu Steinfurt . The later Canon Paul Karl emerged from the marriage.
