Learning situation

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A learning situation is a design of learning fields for the school learning process in vocational school lessons. Different learning situations are used within a learning field.

The learning situation describes realistic tasks and problems of a corresponding teaching profession. A learning situation provides possible action products that define the goal of the unit to be taught. This creates a high level of transparency in the course of the lessons for the trainees. You can take on a large part of the responsibility for your learning process.

Learning situations offer the opportunity to implement the model of complete action and to transform operational processes in the school. The professional competence can be promoted holistically through learning situations, since not only subject-related knowledge, but above all the process of problem solving is in the foreground.

Learning situations must be exemplary so that they convey strategies to the trainees that will help them cope with future professional situations.
