Usually in a cardboard container more of these LCL charges of different senders are in container freight station consolidated and for each LCL a bill of lading (for shipping ) or (CMR) consignment note or bill of lading in the IWT issued.
The LCL containers may be deconsolidated in the target area.

This form of dispatch is also used in freight transport for parcel services , where individual roll containers or Euro pallets from several recipients are bundled and delivered one after the other in a predetermined order ( regular transport ) or individually.

The counterpart of LCL is FCL ( Full Container Load ), with which they can be combined after the first transport route from an agent of the transport contract.
