Lethal is a Swedish death and thrash metal band from Umeå that was founded in 2004.

history

The band was founded in 2004 and initially consisted of bassist and singer Mikael Markström aka Hell Mike Motörbike, guitarists Erik Grahn and Bobbe "Bob" Nordin and drummer Chris. In the same year a first demo appeared before the band contributed four songs for the split release Cocoon of Asphyx by Nihilistic Holocaust Records in 2005 . In 2007 the debut album Annihilation Agenda was released on CD by Iron Fist Productions and as a record on Blood Harvest Records . The recordings for this had taken place in the same year in the Cornerlake Studios .

style

According to thethrashmetalguide.com , the band plays on Demolition Thrash Metal, which is based on classic models such as Kreator , Destruction and Slayer . The following EP is more aggressive and more influenced by Death Metal. Annihilation Agenda is often based on German models such as Destruction in its early days, but occasionally also uses Brazilian representatives. The vocals sound like Death Metal, otherwise the music, apart from a few blastbeat passages, cannot be assigned to this genre.
