Leukocyte antigen CD37 is a surface protein from the group of tetraspanins . It is mainly produced by B cells and to a lesser extent by other immune cells . CD37 is glycosylated . It is involved in the Akt signaling pathway and in the binding of integrin α-4 to integrin β1 . The antibodies otlertuzumab and telulomab bind to CD37 and are being studied for the treatment of B-cell lymphoma .
