The Lewis and Clark Bridge (known as the East End Bridge before it was finally named ) is a cable-stayed bridge on the I-265 freeway in the United States. It crosses the Ohio River northeast of Louisville between Kentucky and Indiana.
Planning for the project began in 1985, but the bridge did not open until December 18, 2016. Construction costs were $ 1.1 billion.
The bridge is toll financed. It was built by a consortium of VINCI Highway , Walsh Infrastructure and Bilfinger Project Investments.
