Liaty Pisani

Liaty Pisani (born May 10, 1950 in Milan ) is an Italian writer who stands out in particular as the author of spy novels .

At the age of 13, the Milanese woman published her first volume of poetry, which was followed by two more due to its surprising success. She became known for her spy novels, which she began in 1991. The main character of their espionage thriller is the agent Ogden, who works for an independent espionage organization.

Her novels are placed in the tradition of John le Carré and Ian Fleming by various critics (e.g. in the Süddeutsche Zeitung and Focus ) . The actions are mostly based on real current events.

She lives and works in Ticino .
