Libor Janáček (born July 23, 1969 ) is a former Czech football player .

Career

Janáček played at a young age for Tatran Bílý Kostel , Slovan Hrádek nad Nisou and the Czech first division club Slovan Liberec , where the 1.82 m tall defender was under contract from 1990 to 1999. From 2000 to 2004 he played for Bohemians 1905 Prague , with whom he had to relegate to the second division in 2003. He spent the 2004/05 season at the German league club FC Oberlausitz Neugersdorf . He then returned to his Czech homeland to join the Bohemians in 1905.
