The Lichen Hills (English for lichen hills ) are a chain of hills in the form of a terrain step in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . They rise 3 km south of the Caudal Hills on the western edge of the Rennick Glacier .
The northern group of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (1962–1963) mapped them and named them after the lichens found here .
