Licinia (wife of Claudius Asellus)
Licinia († around 153 BC) was one in the first half of the 2nd century BC. Living noble Roman woman who came from the plebeian family of the Licinier . She was the wife of a Claudius Asellus .
154 or 153 BC Were Licinia and a Publicia , wife of the consul from 154 BC. BC, Lucius Postumius Albinus , charged with poisoning their husbands to death. Although they offered the town praetor a bail to guarantee their appearance, no public trial took place. Rather, they were found guilty by a family court and strangled by relatives.
