Lidingö IF

Lidingö IF was a Swedish ice hockey club from Lidingö , which competed in the top Swedish league for three years.

history

Lidingö IF took part for the first time in the 1927 season in the Klass I i ishockey , the then highest Swedish league, and took fourth place straight away. From 1927 to 1929 the team also appeared in their successor league, the Elitserien . In addition, the Lidingö IF took part in the 1920s and 1930s several times in the Swedish championship , which was then still held in cup mode .

The club was later ousted by IFK Lidingö .
