Payment advice

The payment advice note is required, in particular in the case of a collective transfer, to make it easier for the payee to assign the payment to the corresponding consideration and to show the recipient that a payment will be received.

The payment allocation in a payment advice note is created by a detailed list of all items cleared with the relevant payment ( invoices or credit notes ). This list usually contains the following invoice details: invoice date, invoice number, any cash discount deduction, payment amount per invoice paid or credit offset. Further, it is possible to provide a paperless book in a slip-prone by booking convert.

In banking , the payment advice note occurs particularly in payment transactions when large amounts are to be planned . It is then carried out by telephone between the credit institution and the payee. The advice also plays a role with letters of credit when the advising bank announces the opening of the letter of credit to its customer.

Invoice notification

The invoice notification announces an invoice. In the best case, this also contains a list of all positions to be calculated.
