Purple and Brown ( Engl. Purple and Brown ) is a Knetanimationsserie that on Nickelodeon will air. The short films are about two clay characters named Lila and Braun, who are friends and mostly get into absurd situations. Although purple and brown mumble rather than speak, they understand every single word they say. Despite the predicaments they get into in the films, every story ends with a laugh from both of them.

Purple and brown were developed by Aardman Animations , who are also known for Wallace and Gromit . The idea came from Rich Webber and Mike Percival , who also lend their voices to the two characters.

There are currently around 32 different episodes.
