Linces de Tlaxcala is a football club from the city of Tlaxcala in the Mexican state of Tlaxcala of the same name .

The club was founded in 2013 to participate in the third-class Segunda División in the 2013/14 season . There the newly formed team immediately won the first round championship of the Liga de Ascenso in Apertura 2013 and thus qualified for the overall season and promotion finals against the eventual champions of the second half of the season (Clausura 2014). This was lost to Atlético Coatzacoalcos , so that promotion to the second division was missed.
