The Lindéngruppen is a Swedish company based in Höganäs .
In 1974, Ulf G. Lindén became a board member of AB Wilh. Becker . After it was taken over by Volvo , he became Vice President at Volvo. In 1985 Volvo sold the company to him and in 1986 he left the Volvo management team.
Today the company consists of the Beckers Group (coatings), Colart (art supplies ) and Höganäs AB (metal powder). Beckers Group is one of the leading companies for coil coatings and industrial paints . Höganäs was listed from 1994 until it was privatized again in 2013 with the help of Foundation Asset Management , which now holds 50% of the shares.
Other smaller holdings are Moorbrook Textiles and Planglasteknik .
