Linda Vera Roethlisberger (born June 12, 1956 in Bern ) is a Swiss educator, consultant, artist and author. In 2012 she founded the Trilogos Foundation and has been its President ever since.

Live and act

After graduating from the University of Education in Bern , Roethlisberger worked as a teacher from 1976 to 1989. A key experience brought her on a new path in life in 1984. From consistent self-analysis, further training in the therapeutic area and in cooperation with a wide variety of people from the natural sciences, humanities and border sciences, her appointment in 1986 became her profession as a personality trainer and life coach .

The great interest in her first courses on extrasensory perception (ASW) and spiritual mediality motivated Roethlisberger in 1986 to develop further seminar cycles and to explore human potential. In 1990 she founded TRILOGOS in Küsnacht near Zurich, an ideologically independent institute for personality and awareness training. A complete training concept was created, in which the so-called Trilogos method is at the center. This method deals in a theoretical and practical way with the development of psycho-spiritual intelligence (called "PsyQ") to competence in being human (PsyK). Roethlisberger also speaks of "IQ + EQ + SQ = PsyQ" and means the development (individuation) and integration of the cognitive, emotional and spiritual dispositions of people in everyday life in relation to their own health, relationships and work in the mirror of others.

With the establishment of the Trilogos Foundation in July 2012, Linda Roethlisberger has been pursuing charitable purposes with her approach to research, further education and exchange.

In 1995 Roethlisberger published the textbook The Sensual Wire to the Spiritual World , which so far has appeared in 7 editions and has been translated into several languages. This was followed by a large number of textbooks and practical books on the subject of personality and awareness building with a focus on spirituality and intuition training or the development of the media. Between 2012 and 2013 her three-volume, self-taught course In Contact with the Inner Voice was created , which can be regarded as Roethlisberger's most extensive work. In 2016, the first volume of this course was evaluated by the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Vienna using empirical studies and significant effects could be demonstrated in the areas of quality of life and stress management, among other things . Since 2003, Roethlisberger has been a member of the Authors of Switzerland (AdS) with several publications .
