The Linxiang District ( 临 翔 区 , Línxiáng Qū ) is a municipality in the Yunnan Province of China . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Lincang . Linxiang covers an area of ​​2,652 square kilometers and has a population of 280,000 (2004). The seat of government is the street district Fengxiang风翔 街道.
