The circle Yongde ( 永德县 , Yǒngdé Xiàn ) is a circle in the Chinese province of Yunnan . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Lincang . Yongde has an area of ​​3,296 square kilometers and a population of 330,000 (2004). Its main town is the large community of Dedang ( 德 党 镇 ).
