The Linzhi rock vole ( Neodon linzhiensis ) is a rodent in the subfamily of voles that is found in Tibet . The first part of the German name refers to the municipality in which specimens were found.

The species reaches a head-trunk length of 92 to 115 mm, a tail length of 24 to 39 mm and a weight of 26 to 48 g. The hind feet are 16 to 20 mm long and the length of the ears is 12 to 15 mm. The black-brown fur on the upper side merges into the black-gray underside on the sides of the body. Furthermore, the tail is divided into a black-brown upper side and a light gray lower side. There are eight teats in females . The Linzhi rock vole has both black and white vibrissae . These are 7 to 28 mm long.

The Linzhi rock vole was only found in five locations in southeast Tibet until 2017. The specimens stayed in fallow rice and barley fields. The sites are between 3640 and 3890 meters above sea level.
