The Hustler (Cricetidae) are a mammalian family of mice-like and summarize the voles , the Hamster and the New world together.

Based on morphological findings, a relationship between these groups has long been assumed, which is now confirmed by genetic studies. It is a species-rich group that almost 700 species live in America and Eurasia.
