Lioba Werth
Lioba Werth (born February 27, 1972 in Aachen ) is a German psychologist and university professor.
Life
Lioba Werth studied psychology at the University of Trier , where she received her doctorate in 1998 , and her habilitation took place in 2005 at the University of Würzburg . She then represented the professorship for social and organizational psychology at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt for two semesters . From 2007 to 2012 she was professor for economic , organizational and social psychology at the Technical University of Chemnitz .
Since the winter semester 2012/13, she has held the chair for economic and organizational psychology at the University of Hohenheim . Since 2010, together with Klaus Sedlbauer, she has headed the interdisciplinary doctoral program “People in Spaces”, in which the effects of the structural design of work spaces on the performance and well-being of those working there are researched.
