The Lisengrat , also spelled Lysengrat , is a mountain ridge between the Säntis and the Rotstein Pass in the Swiss Alpstein Mountains . It is a mountain hiking trail of grade T3 . The path is quite easy to walk with a wire rope safety device and artificial steps, but requires a head for heights. According to the Swiss signpost system, the walking time is ¾ hours from Säntis to the Rotstein Pass (down) or 1¼ hours from the Rotstein Pass to the Säntis (up).
