List of Chief Ministers of Delhi
The following table lists the Chief Ministers of Delhi with terms of office and party affiliation. Delhi had state status from 1950 to 1956 and was therefore ruled by a Chief Minister. From 1956 to 1992 it was Union territory and was directly under the central government. Since 1992 the designation is National Capital Territory of Delhi and the office of Chief Minister has been reintroduced.
