Arvind Kejriwal (born August 16, 1968 in Siwani, Haryana ) is an Indian politician of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). He became Chief Minister of the Union Territory of Delhi on December 28, 2013, and resigned in protest on February 14, 2014 after an anti-corruption law he had initiated was blocked in parliament.

In the elections to the regional parliament of Delhi in February 2015, the AAP under his leadership received 54.3% of the vote and 67 out of 70 constituencies. Kejriwal was then elected Chief Minister for the second time.
