The list of honorary citizens of Lauterbach includes the seven people who have received the highest distinction in the Lauterbach community since 1891 and who have been made honorary citizens . There are six men and one woman, only one of these people is a native of Lauterbach.

    Reason: Recognition of his pastoral and social commitment (including new building of the Catholic Church of St. Michael (1894), improvement of the drinking water supply, establishment of a nurses 'station with a sewing room, a kindergarten, a workers' association and a reading club)
  3. Albert Kurfeß (1864–1937), senior teacher

  4. Albert Gold (1903–1977), pastor in Lauterbach (1934–1965), dean of the dean's office in Oberndorf (since 1953)
