About the estate: In the estate, an oval water basin, two stone troughs and two winter linden trees in front of the manor house form a design unit. A horse chestnut and a magnolia mark the former location of a pavilion. The wooden pavilion in partly orientalizing forms was relocated in 2017 (future location: Kamenz, Breite Str. 2). There is also an ornamental paving with a star motif in the manor to the east of the manor house. Remnants of the enclosure (granite posts) have been preserved.

Regarding the manor park: From 1825 at the latest, a garden use, initially as a grass and tree garden, can be proven on the area of today's manor park. From the last quarter of the 19th century, historical maps show the park. The access from the manor to the park is marked by a semicircle made of horse chestnut. Only a few paths can be seen from the previously dense network of paths. The main path leading from south to north with a formerly water-bound ceiling and granite edges forms a circular widening around the center of the complex, on which four stone benches are arranged. In the park there are valuable old trees, including common oak, winter lime, red beech, horse chestnut, yew, spruce, Weymouth pine, forest pine and larch, as well as rhododendron. Particularly noteworthy is an ancient oak in the northwest of the park. Remains of the former enclosure (granite posts) can still be found on the northern border.

About the avenues: Around the former manor Biehla there is an unusually well-preserved network of avenues, in the center of which is the manor with the manor park. To the west of the estate, an impressive avenue of winter lime trees leads to the Lindenberg, where it fans out as the linden room. This has been proven since 1825. Another avenue with changing species of ash, Norway maple, grape oak, linden and mulberry leads along the mulberry path to the east. There is an avenue of ash and oak to the north of the reed pond, another avenue of oak to the north of the mulberry path. The avenues and manor park together with the buildings of the former manor house form a unit of monumental value, which is due in particular to their importance in terms of building history, local history and landscape design.
