1879	Wire mill 13	Old wire drawing mill	The so-called "wire mill" is located at the entrance to Grönwohld. The wire mill was built at the beginning of the 17th century and is considered the oldest preserved “industrial building” in Stormarn. A Hamburg merchant family had the mill built for the production of copper plates. Most recently it was used for paper production until it was listed as a historical monument in 1972.
