This list contains all of the number one hits on the American Cash Box chart in 1952. There were eleven number one singles that year. The charts at that time related to the songs, not to individual musicians. The list includes the musicians who made the song most popular. From the October 25, 1952 edition, an asterisk was placed next to the names of the most important artists.
