The list of journals on women's and gender research contains disciplinary and interdisciplinary scientific journals from German-speaking countries that focus on (certain) women, on comparing the sexes and / or on gender phenomena and can be assigned to the category of scientific journals.
What is journal research?
The term "scientific" stands for methodology, logic and validity. The historical and systematic processing of the periodicals listed here must be done in individual articles. The practice of presenting the same or similar content in Wikipedia as in editorials or on magazine websites is to be rejected. Journal research includes the ability to do historical-critical and statistical source work as well as to classify the examined objects in larger contexts.
