The list of Estonian ambassadors to the Holy See provides an overview of the heads of the Estonian diplomatic mission to the Holy See .
Diplomatic relations between Estonia and the Holy See were established in the 1930s. After regaining independence, diplomatic relations were resumed in October 1991. The first Estonian ambassador was appointed in 1993. This is a non-resident embassy post.
