The list of ambassadors of Ukraine to the Holy See provides an overview of the ambassadors of the diplomatic mission of Ukraine to the Holy See since the establishment of diplomatic relations.

After Ukraine gained independence in 1999, diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Holy See were established. The Ukrainian Embassy at the Holy See in Rome opened in 2000.
