Muhammad Aslam (athlete)

Muhammad Aslam ( February 8, 1922 - July 23, 2019 ) was a Pakistani sprinter .

At the Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952 , he reached the semifinals in the 4 x 100 meter relay , the quarter finals over 100 meters and was eliminated over 200 meters in the preliminary run.

In 1954 he won silver over 200 meters at the Asian Games in Manila . At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Vancouver , he came in fifth place with the Pakistani 4-by-110-yard relay. He failed over 100 yards and 220 yards in the advance.

Aslan died on July 23, 2019 at the age of 97.
