Little Wizards (Original title: Little Wizards) is an American cartoon series that was produced between 1987 and 1988 .

action

After the death of the wise and just King Leo, his son and prince, young Dexter, is to become king and rule the kingdom of Zedonia. However, he has to be 16 years old to do this. The evil wizard Renwick tries to prevent this by all means. Therefore Dexter flees into the depths of the forest and finds the good magician Phineas with his bizarre creatures, the "Little Wizards". Here he finds a new family and experiences many exciting adventures. However, Renwick is still on his heels.

Production and publication

The series was produced by Marvel Productions in the United States between 1987 and 1988 and distributed by BVS Entertainment . The series was first broadcast on September 26, 1987. The German first broadcast took place on June 6, 1992 on RTL . Further broadcasts were also made on RTL II . The series was also released on DVD .
